This series tilting roller shot blasting machine is a new product from Qingdao joint machinery which is produced according to market demand for high efficiency rotary drum type shot blasting machine.
It takes rotary drum structure. When shots are projecting, the rotary drum will not only turns but also swing up and down, so the workpieces in drum won't clash with each other when they are turned completely, shot blasting is more even cleaning time is reduced and efficiency is improved. It is suitable for thin-walled parts.
Rotary drum system, high efficiency blasting wheel, during shots projection, rotary drum can turn and swing up-down, workpieces stir but not clash with each other, shots projection is uniform.
It can process thin and slender workpieces, and the workpieces with possibility to be clawed.
Rotary drum structure adopts hydraulic control, equipment working process is stable and positioning is precise.
It is applicable to various industries casting and forging with weight below 15KG sand cleaning, rust removal, oxide skin removal and surface strengthening.
